RESIDENTIAL-COMMERCIAL BUIDLING  

This complex of buildings located in the Grunwald district of Poznań is an example of good proportions in both size and scale. The building’s stepped façade between 3 and 4 floor as well as 6 to 8 floor was inspired by nearby 8-storey residential buildings and 2-3 storey houses, adding flair to colour. The ground floor holds service venues, and the entire building has 110 apartments. There is also a landscaped courtyard with a playground and street furniture as well as underground parking.
