Osiedle Nowy Marcelin is located next to Lasek Marceliński, with good access to the centre and close to service points, schools, kindergartens and King Cross. The estate consists of three monitored housing estates with security concierges, playgrounds for children and underground parking. A sports center for residents was also built. Building of varying heights from three to ten floors are distinguished by interesting architecture.
