Towarowa 45 is one of the most attractive addresses in Poznań and the fifth Ataner building next the Dworcowy Bridge. This is our little district in the very center of the city.
The building will have 6 and 7 floors and a 2-level underground garage. On the ground floor there will be commercial premises, and on the upeer floors there will be apartments with areas ranging from 26 to 156 m2 with balconies or terraces and panoramic windows.
The facility will be monitored and will have a hall with a reception desk and an underground garage with 148 parking spaces, enabling convenient parking in the center. On the ground floor, all sports fans will be able to work out in the gym, intended only for the residents of the building.
The building was designed in the architectural studio of Ewa and Stanisław Sipiński.
