Świerzawska 13 is a quiet housing estate being built in Poznań's Grunwald district, right next to the Marceliński Forest. The estate will consist of two stages. In the first stage, a building with a height of 7 to 12 storeys will be built. It will include functional apartments with balconies or terraces with areas ranging from 40 m2 to 106 m2.
